Owner/Director

Hello, my name is Megan McKee and I am the director of Inspiring Young Minds Christian Child Care. I have dreamed of this moment for many years - to own and operate a childcare setting where children and families could openly talk about God in a school. I recently graduated from Stark State College, in Canton, Ohio with a degree in Early Childhood Education. In my time there I had the opportunity to teach 2-5 year olds at a day care, work as an in-home nanny and also spent time tutoring an autistic 2 year old. When Pastor John came to our church, and we found that we had a shared vision to start a mission with a childcare, my dream became a reality. My hope is that through our ministry, we see our church grow little by little, and have the joy of watching young children have the experience of talking about God in school.

You see, we have a mission as Christians to take a stand and teach young children about the love of Christ and how he works in our lives everyday. For Jesus said, “Let the children come to me...” (Mark 10:13-16) and that is what I plan to do.
